We use necessary information to respond to requests, arrange and deliver tours, manage accounts, process payments and refunds, prevent misuse and meet legal recordkeeping obligations.

Required fields are needed to handle the relevant request; without them, we may be unable to proceed. We rely on applicable grounds for processing, including steps requested before booking, performance of our agreement, legal obligations and consent where required.

Optional marketing requires consent. You can unsubscribe or contact us to withdraw it. Essential booking updates are separate.

We seek separate permission before using identifiable photographs or videos of you for promotion. A booking does not automatically provide that permission.
